Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We have a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return :
- Product must unused and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method and please allow processing time for the funds appear in your account. Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product inside the packaging is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we’re happy to help resolve the issue.
Cancelled order
We understand that sometimes plans change.
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you can.
We’re happy to help if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Once an order has been processed or sent out, we’re unable to cancel it — but you’re always welcome to return it in line with our Returns Policy.
