Do you offer refunds, returns or exchange?

Yes, we offer refunds, returns, or exchanges in accordance with our return policy. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once we receive the item, our team will inspect the product before approving the refund, return, or exchange. All products are also checked before they are dispatched.

If you receive damaged items inside the box, please contact us at hellonomihaus@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged product(s). Please note that damage to the outer shipping box alone is not considered, as it does not affect the quality of the products inside.

what if I didn't receive all the products I ordered?

If any items are missing from your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Provide your order number and details of the missing items, and we’ll investigate and make sure you receive everything you purchased

Do you have physical store?

At the moment, we operate online only and don’t have a physical store.

Do you offer click and collect?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer order pick-ups at this time. Our products are stored and dispatched from a warehouse that isn’t open to the public.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, absolutely. We offer free standard shipping when your order meets the minimum spend requirement of $50.

Do you provide worldwide delivery?

No, we currently do not offer worldwide delivery. At the moment, we only ship within Australia.

what happens if I have an allergic reaction to a product?

If you experience an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately. As everyone’s skin is different, we recommend checking the ingredients and doing a patch test before using any new skincare product.
